Possibilities Counselling and Psychotherapy Centre Aberdeen
In our fast-paced and stressed lives, we often don't take the time we need to take care of ourselves. As stresses from various areas build up this can lead to the emergence of anxiety, depression, relationship issues and other painful challenges. Possibilities therapists have helped many people from Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire and surrounding areas to overcome their issues and reclaim their lives.
Our team of highly skilled psychotherapists in Aberdeen has the expertise and experience you need to help you successfully overcome your issues.
Elisabeth Kubler-Ross sums up Possibilities position regarding the significant relationships we have with the people who come to consult with us: "The most beautiful people we have known are those who have known defeat, known suffering, known struggle, known loss, and found their way out of the depths..................... beautiful people do not just happen."
Possibilities is a heart-centred and relational psychotherapy service whose aim is to make a profound positive difference in the lives of the people we serve.
Possibilities is about realising the 'what might be of things'. At times, we all could benefit from a little help to unlock what is best in us, what is blocking us and to develop what is possible in our lives and relationships in order to better address the problems of today and tomorrow. Also, to open the possibilities we live into in terms of the essentials of how we encounter the world, others and ourselves.
Important News: We see people face-to-face for therapy at our offices. Please contact us to arrange your initial consultation.

Our second workshop on 29th March 2019 was called - 'Jazzing with the 'Mirrors of Possibility': Co-creating Magic Moments in Couple Therapy.' This highlighted some new therapeutic techniques we are developing for couples counselling and psychotherapy with individuals.
